4. Employees of Room to Bloom and their family members or anyone connected in anyway with the competition or helping to set up the competition are not permitted to enter.

5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. Only one entry per person.

7. The closing date for entries is 11:59 GMT on 10/02/2020.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. Entrants must leave a comment.

10. Winner will be chosen at random.

11. The winner will be informed by a reply to their comment and a Facebook message on 11/02/2020.

12. Winner will need to collect from Room to Bloom, 28 Thunderton Place, Elgin, IV30 1BG or delivery can be made free of charge within a 20 mile radius on an arranged date.

13. The winners name will be published on Facebook and Instagram.
